Overview
Packguard helps manufacturers protect products from counterfeiting. Each unit carries a QR code that a buyer can scan to confirm it is genuine, and the manufacturer gets a live view of where and when scans happen.
I led the web side end to end. That meant designing the visual system and component library in Figma, then building the public marketing site and the manufacturer dashboard so that design and code never drifted apart.
The wider platform includes a backend and a blockchain layer built by teammates, which gives batches an auditable history.
